Beverly Glazier, Realtor

Beverly Glazier is born and raised in Skaneateles, Cortland area, New York.
She moved to Bonita Springs with her husband Arnold Glazier in 1959 and started her career in Real Estate helping her husband with his company Glazier Building and Real Estate. In 1963 Beverly and real estate colleagues founded the Bonita Springs Board of Realtors and she became President of that board in 1984. She also served and help format many committees during the years and was the first Realtor in the First “District V, for the associates division and served many years on the Florida Association of Realtors Committees. Beverly loves to work with people and find them the right home in Paradise.
Pam has been in Residential and Commercial real estate since 1979. After traveling the world with the Department of State/Foreign Service, Pam and her husband Chris returned to the Bonita Springs/Naples area.

Cary Meeks, was born and raised in Texas. He has an extensive military career serving our country for over twenty-two years, in Korea, Vietnam and in Germany.
Following his army career he worked in the printing industry. During that time he traveled extensively around the United States, Canada, Mexico and even Puerto Rico. Cary began his career in Real Estate in Connecticut where he sold properties for four years before deciding to relocate to the sunny state of Florida.
Cary and his wife Hermien have enjoyed many years of marriage raised four children and now are grandparents to nine wonderful grandchildren.
Cary is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and the Graduate Realtor Institute. He is a member of the Bonita Springs-Estero Board of Realtors.

Pat Messerich and Mike Newes are experienced professionals who have worked together as a real estate sales and marketing team for more than six years. They specialize in investment properties, second homes and residences in southwest Florida.
After forming their initial partnership and becoming an award-winning team at Coldwell Banker here in southwest Florida, they were recruited to Golf in Paradise specifically to provide real estate listing and sales expertise that was complementary to the company’s existing rental capabilities. It was a perfect fit since both Pat and Mike are avid golf enthusiasts with in-depth knowledge and experience with not only the communities we represent but other courses as well.
Pat is a low handicapper, who has played virtually all the most challenging courses throughout our region. Mike plays with enthusiasm but less skill, and he has been known to skip golfing to go fishing. Together they are expert in the upscale golf communities that dot our region, but they also have experience in canal and beachfront properties as well as gated communities throughout Lee and Collier County.
Prior to real estate, Pat was a successful entrepreneur in Minnesota. Building on a strong sales and business background, he founded, built and sold two highly successful technology companies. Before starting his own companies, he was a technology consultant, working nationwide. He maintains northern roots with a lake home in Wisconsin.
Mike is more of a Floridian, having moved from Minnesota to the Orlando area in 1987, then on to Ft. Myers in 1998. After beginning his career as a sports writing journalist, Mike moved into advertising, where he and Pat won a coveted CLEO Award for advertising excellence. After nearly 15 years in the ad agency business, Mike moved into sales and marketing, ultimately at the international level. Prior to entering real estate, he was head of International Sales for a banking software company, and he has had first-hand experiences in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and the Austral-Asian region.
Mike Newes is an experienced real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience working in the areas of investment properties, second homes and primary residences in Southwest Florida.
Mike originally started his career with Coldwell Banker Residential, where he won numerous awards for listing and sales achievement, prior to joining Golf in Paradise. Mike is an avid golfer, though he plays with more enthusiasm than skill. He has been known to skip golf for fishing. Cathy is a licensed Broker Associate and full time resident of The Villages at Country Creek since 1989. She became a resident of the The Villages at Country Creek in 1989 and joined Golf in Paradise Realty, Inc. in 1998. Cathy has worked in several aspects of real estate, including general sales, new construction and now vacation rentals.
Cathy is originally from Schaghticoke, NY and then Ambler, PA. Her interests are art, photography and doll house miniatures. As a resident of the Villages she also enjoys golfing.
Cathy offers a full service real estate office and has a unique understanding of The Villages of Country Creek and Stoneybrook in the Estero area. Estero is a fast growing area located between Naples and Ft. Myers. Her office offers a wide selection of vacation rentals including Condominiums, Villas, Manor Homes and Single Family Homes.

Paul retired from law enforcement in New Jersey prior to moving to Naples. He has been in real estate for over 13 years and a full time resident of Countryside for 14 years. As a full time resident of Countryside, Paul is very knowledgeable of all the aspects of owning and or renting in this community.
Linda along with her son, Clay, relocated to Florida from Ohio in 2002 after ten years of service in the Marketing Department of Baja Marine Corporation. She attended Marion Technical college working toward a Marketing Degree. Linda has been with Golf In Paradise Realty Group since February, 2008. I have resided in Florida since 1983 and have been in Property Management for twelve years. From 1996 through 2004 I was employed with Camden Property Trust in Orlando, FL as a Leasing Agent, Leasing Manager, and Assistant Property Manager of a 560 unit apartment community. In 2004 I moved to Charlotte, NC and managed a 180 unit apartment community which underwent extensive renovations and improvements. Prior to moving back to FL in 2006, I was the Property Manager for a new real estate firm specializing in long term rentals.
